• 1 Cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (can add a dash more)!! Critical, tastes bad otherwise
  • 1/2 packet of yeast (3.5 g)
  • Hot tap water (less than XXX cup) + milk added to make almost XXX cup
  • Teaspoon (or so) of olive oil.

Mix with a wooden spoon until doughy, and then work hard on it with your hands. Consistency should be like Playdough and not stick to the hands or counter.

Let it rise for at least an hour, but not more than 5 hours. Put a humid wet towel over the bowl while the dough rises. After rising, shape the dough using flour on the hands and counter.

Preheat the oven (with tray inside to keep it hot) 220\xb0 C. Prepare the toppings as you like. Bake for approximately 20 minutes. Test readiness by putting a spatula underneath and seeing that it doesn’t break.
